Who operates this site
TuneMotive is the music portfolio of Dvir Silberstein, known as Sonican, based in Israel. For privacy questions or requests, contact Sonican at Dvirsound@gmail.com. This policy describes TuneMotive; Pixabay has its own policies.
Optional click measurement
If you select Allow measurement, we count clicks that lead to music tracks or the Sonican portfolio on Pixabay. We store daily totals by track, category and page language. We do not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, full browsing histories or individual click timestamps in the measurement database. These totals measure outgoing clicks, not completed downloads or unique listeners.
Your choice
Measurement is off until you allow it. Rejecting measurement does not limit access to music links. You can change your choice at any time using Measurement settings in the footer. We remember only this preference and its expiry in local storage on your browser for up to six months. Where your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, optional measurement stays off. Clearing browser storage removes the saved preference. Previously aggregated totals cannot be attributed to you and cannot be selectively removed.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and security providers receive technical connection data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the site. Their operational logs are separate from our click totals and follow their applicable policies. While access is private, the hosting platform may also require sign-in. This website does not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or embedded Pixabay audio players.
Purpose, retention and disclosure
We use optional measurement, based on your consent, to understand which music interests visitors and improve the portfolio. Daily totals older than 13 months are removed when the next measurement is processed. We do not sell measurement data or use it for advertising profiles. Hosting providers may process technical data outside your country. Data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
External sites and requests
Following a Pixabay link takes you to a separate service whose privacy policy applies. You may ask us about data relating to you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Because click totals contain no visitor identifier, we cannot reliably locate your contribution to them. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information when contacting us.
Updates
Last updated: 7 September 2026. We will update this page if our data practices change. A materially different optional measurement purpose will require a new choice.
